Step 1: Take Massachusetts Real Estate Pre-licensing Education (40 hours)
The Massachusetts Real Estate Board mandates that you must complete 40 hours of Pre-Licensing education before taking your state exam.
The real estate class may be taken online, at an approved school.

You will then mail your application to the PSI office to get pre-approved to take the licensing exam.
Step 4: Take the Massachusetts Real Estate Exam Prep
Although not required by the state of MA, I highly recommend taking a real estate license ma practice exam. By doing so, you will become familiar with the style of questions asked on your state exam and also find areas you may need to learn more about.
